If the box is checked, the double quoted names are expanded
using name variations stored in the system.
e.g. if the name, "Chris Patten", being double quoted, is searched with the box checked, then results
containing Chris Patten and other name variations(e.g. Christopher Patten, Christopher Francis Patten, Patten Chris, Patten Christopher, Patten Christopher Francis, 彭定康) are displayed.
