Question: I received an e-mail sent from xxx@edu.hk and the e-mail requested me to open a password protected file for action. What should I do?

Answer: This message is not sent from the ITSC or any educational organizations. Never open its attachment or visit any webpage stated in the message.

You got this message most probably because your e-mail address was found in the Outlook Address Book of a computer that has been infected by the computer worm WORM_Bagle.J .
